Giglio & Krasney Commercial Real Estate was founded in 1991 by Domenic Giglio and Stephen Krasney. A full service commercial real estate firm, Giglio & Krasney Commercial Real Estate offers sales, leasing, investments, consulting, site searches and build-to-suit opportunities.

Headquartered in Waterbury, CT, Giglio & Krasney Commercial Real Estate effectively represents clients throughout the state as a result of their comprehensive market knowledge, experience and a statewide network of commercial brokers.

Domenic Giglio and Stephen Krasney are both members of the Greater Waterbury Chamber of Commerce. Domenic is a former member of the Board of Directors at the Chamber as well as the Economic Development Committee. He is also the Chairman of the Executive Dialogue Group at the Chamber.
